How to unfold/fold:

Firstly stay to press the button on the bottom on which has a transparent label points out the direction, then slightly turn the tines by hand, then release the button.

How to correctly use the knife to slice the bread:

Press down the prongs/tines with fingers/palm, NOT CLAMP the prongs/tines with fingers.

Please get the blade VERTICAL, move forward & backward the blade between two tines, don’t let SHARP SIDE of the knife TOUCH the tines while cutting down so that avoid shaving off the plastic. keeping sharp side of the knife Vertical is very important! when being close to the bottom, no need to use a big strength, please slightly cut the bread and lift the knife to avoid cutting the bottom.
