Tips for Use

Only supports 120V 60HZ voltage. Please connect it with 2.4GHz WiFi (No 5G support) for wireless control.According to various altitudes, if the boiling water has boiled and stopped heating before the boiling point reaches 100 °C/212℉, please don’t worry as it is a normal phenomenon. Do not exceed the MAX line when adding water. Do not wipe the kettle with sharp objects. Please only use this kettle to boil water, and brew your favorite tea, coffee, hot cocoa and oatmeal, etc. in other cups or containers to avoid difficult cleaning and damage to the kettle. When boiling water, it is normal for the kettle’s exterior surface to get hot. Please do not touch the kettle’s surface with your bare hands. Only use the kettle’s handle, which is insulated and safe to grip.

NOTE!

Update App Connect Method: You can connect the App by pressing the power button and the temperature”➖”at the same time for 5 seconds, the Wi-Fi indicators will blink quickly with a beep. Then you will successfully connect the App!

How should we descale?

1. Fill the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water.

2. Boil the liquids and leave it for 2 hours.

3. Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry with a soft, clean cloth.

4. Repeat as needed.
