Q1: How do I set the temperature when receiving a package?
Long-press “POWER” to turn on the machine,press the up/down keys to adjust the target temperature.Seeing the green light on and a snowflake sign indicates that the machine is working (Note:Target temperature must be lower than the actual temperature)
Q2: Why doesn’t the temperature reach the level I expected?
Due to the poor insulation of tub or the excessively high outdoor temperature,the inflatable ice bath tub can better maintain a low temperature,while the conventional ice bath tub requires the addition of ice to keep the temperature lower
Q4: Can it be used with any tubs?
Yes. Our water chiller are compatible with any cold bathtub that has an inlet/outlet port. For bathtubs without ports,simply replace the external filter & pump with a circulating pump (circulating pump included in the package)ensure water circulation
Q5: What are the causes of water leakage and what should I do?
1. Water pipe connectors and drains port connectors do not use teflon tape or are used too little,requiring multiple uses of teflon tape to wrap around the connection ports
2. Water pipe connection is too loose; You need to tighten the pipe connector
Q6：Why isn’t the filter working?
Fill the ice bath tub with the appropriate amount of water,open the ice bath tub valve and hold down the red button on the filter until it is full. Water seeps out from around the red button,turning on the machine will make the filter work perfectly
